COACHING FOR SCOOLS ENQUIRY
We offer a range of group coaching opportunities in a number of locations. This format of coaching is a great chance to learn with your friends, meet other like-minded skateboarders and build friendships within the skateboarding community. Collaborative learning works really well for most skateboarders and helps you to develop and diversify social skills.
We offer group coaching to beginner, intermediate and advanced skateboarders. In these sessions, we will be presenting all types of different challenges. Our expert coaches will be focused on creating suitable progressional pathways to allow the skateboarders to learn in a fun and inclusive environment. The sessions will have a very relaxed structure and our coaches always take an adaptive approach to suit the needs of the skateboarder’s ability level.
We have a team of female and male coaches. The amount of coaches in a session varies depending on the location and number of attendees. We run sessions all over the
South-West and specialise in locations such as Porthleven Skatepark, St Ives Skatepark and Mount Hawke Skatepark. Sessions at the outdoor parks are weather dependent and will not take place if conditions are wet. We have a number of different indoor town hall locations we use throughout the winter where we utilise mobile ramps, ledges and rails that are ideal for learning.
In some of the group sessions, we have special guests who come to give expert tips and give inspiring demonstrations. These skaters are sponsored skaters with international experience.
